The room lacked a mini-fridge or kettle!!! Don't expect a quick response to issues, as staff appear dismissive sometimes!!! poor sound insulation made it tough to get restful sleep!!!

Fantastic breakfast with varieties, and a lovely location near the Garonne made our stay delightful! !

Some noise issues from hotel facilities disrupted our rest,, and parking was somewhat tricky to navigate.

Large underground car park with plenty of space, feeling secure and safe. Bright and spacious bar area with ample seating for relaxation.

Location takes time to navigate to the city center, especially with unreliable boat service after 8pm and a lengthy walk to the tram station. Twin beds are narrow. one friend fell off mid-sleep, and the unusual chalkboard design in the room felt more appropriate for a children's area than for adults. The plastic bathroom feels cheap, resembling a train toilet which diminishes the overall experience.

I had a delightful stay at Ibis Bordeaux Centre Bastide! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed its calm location, which made my walks to the river so pleasant.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were exceptionally kind. The location, nestled in a quieter area, was still just a short stroll across the bridge to the bustling old town. the lack of fresh fruit at breakfast was disappointing.

Friendly reception staff enhanced the experience, providing prompt assistance when needed. the walk to the city center felt longer than anticipated and could be daunting at night, especially on certain streets. While breakfast options were plentiful, I wished for some fresh fruit to round it out nicely.

The stay was pretty sweet! Staff helped with charging cable issues & even had spare chargers! Room was comfy, and I loved snacking at the bar area. Just watch out for those sketchy streets nearby — felt a bit off when wandering.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff quickly helped me with my room issue at night. I highly recommend it for a business trip.

The Standard Double Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice sofa for lounging. The bed was cozy, which I appreciated after long days exploring. the air conditioning struggled a bit during the heat, and the mattress protectors made it feel a bit too warm at night. Still, the room had good amenities and a cozy vibe overall.
